MARBLE HILL -- Lucille Daisy Abbott, 69, of Marble Hill died Friday, Feb. 7, 1992 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Aug. 13, 1922 in Delta, daughter of Earl and Gladys Glenny Steen Gibbons. She married Lloyd Abbott on Oct. 18, 1941. He survives...

MARBLE HILL -- Lucille Daisy Abbott, 69, of Marble Hill died Friday, Feb. 7, 1992 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Aug. 13, 1922 in Delta, daughter of Earl and Gladys Glenny Steen Gibbons.

She married Lloyd Abbott on Oct. 18, 1941. He survives.

One son, Gary Abbott, Rock Hill, Mo. and one brother, Claude Gibbons, of Chaffee survive.

One brother preceded her in death.

She had lived in Marble Hill, moving here from Rock Hill, Mo. She was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church.

Friends may call today at the Amick Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 2 p.m.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Lloyd Engelmann officiating. Burial will follow at Kenyon Cemetery in Delta.
