SIKESTON -- Louise Snider, 83, of Loudon, Tenn., died Friday, Aug. 12, 1994, at her home.
She was born Oct. 10, 1910, in Bloomfield, daughter of Edward Marcus and Mary Louise Corbett Nunnelee. She and John Theodore Snider were married July 19, 1934. He died Dec. 23, 1988.
Snider was a 1932 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She had been an elementary teacher in Cape Girardeau Public Schools.
She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau, and its United Methodist Women. She was a member of P.E.O. Sisterhood in Rochester, N.Y., Clearwater, Fla., Cape Girardeau and Sikeston.
Survivors include a son, John "Rick" Snider of Loudon; a brother, Edward Nunnelee of Mayfield, Ky.; two grandsons, and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Home after 11 a.m. Friday.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Neil Stein officiating. Burial will be in Doniphan Cemetery at Doniphan.
