CHARLESTON, Mo.--Louise Ogilvie, 95, of Charleston died Saturday, June 22, 2002, at the Charleston Manor.

She was born Jan. 11, 1907, daughter of Thomas M. and Minnie DeWitt Ogilvie.

Ogilvie graduated from Stephens College for Women and the University of Missouri in Colombia, Mo.. She taught in the Social Studies department at Charleston High School from 1929 to 1972. She also was director of the Girls Glee Club. She was an 80-year member of the United Methodist Church in Charleston, as well as a 68-year member of the CV Chapter of PEO. She was also a member of the Retired Teachers Association.

Survivors include three cousins, Emma Thebaud of Kimberling City, Mo., Frances Paulson of Amherst, Mass., and Max Ostner of Memphis, Tenn.

Friends may call at the McMikle Funeral Chapel from 4-6 p.m. Monday.

Funeral will be at 6 p.m. Monday at McMikle. The Rev. Richard Combs, a United Methodist Minister of Jackson, will officiate, with burial at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Don Moxley, Charles Moxley, Byron Moxley, Art Mattingly, David Wilson and Reginald Young.
