ANNA, Ill. -- Louise Goins, 56, of Anna, formerly of Grand Chain, died Friday, Aug. 28, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Dec. 10, 1935, in Norris City, daughter of Raymond and Dora Hale. She was employed by Illinois Department of Public Aid. ANNA, Ill. -- Louise Goins, 56, of Anna, formerly of Grand Chain, died Friday, Aug. 28, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 10, 1935, in Norris City, daughter of Raymond and Dora Hale.

She was employed by Illinois Department of Public Aid. She was a member of Grand Chain Order of Eastern Star, and First Christian Church in Anna.

Survivors include two sons, Tim Goins of Grand Chain, Phillip Goins of Fort Knox, Ky.; her father of Grand Chain; two sisters, Paula Couser of Burlison, Tenn., Virginia George of Grand Chain, and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and a granddaughter.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The Rev. Steve Sheppard will officiate, with burial in Masonic Cemetery at Grand Chain.
