SCOTT CITY -- A prayer service for Louis Albert Walter of Scott City will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Roger Leveillee will officiate. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. at Eisleben Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Barry Pfanstiel officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with military rites by VFW Post 6407 of Scott City...

Walter, 68, died Saturday, Feb. 29, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, three sons, three daughters, a brother, two sisters, 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
