JACKSON -- Lottie J. Bollinger, 83, of Jackson, died Sunday, March 8, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born June 29, 1908, at Sedgewickville, daughter of William Bennett and Mary Mathilda Hobeck Hahs. She married Henry T. "Monk" Bollinger April 1, 1926. He died April 23, 1976.

Bollinger had lived in Jackson 55 years. She was employed a number of years at Cox Five and Dime, and then helped care for people in their homes. She was a member of Emanuel United Church of Christ, its Women's Fellowship, and Jackson Senior Citizens.

Survivors include a son, Harold "Gus" Bollinger of Jackson; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at McCombs Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Sam Roethemeyer will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-8 p.m. today.
