LORENE MYERS

RANDLES -- Lorene Myers, 74, of Randles, died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 11, 1917, near Randles, daughter of Joe and Sarah Smith Menz.

Menz was a member of Free Trinity Pentecostal Church at Randles.

Survivors include seven sons, Joe Myers Jr. of Cape Girardeau, Julious "Bud" and Cline Myers of Oak Ridge, Nicholas Myers of Tamms, Ill., Steve Myers of Kingman, Ariz., Stanley Myers of Reynoldsville, Ill., Rick Myers of McClure, Ill.; three daughters, Martha Peters of Marble Hill, Joan Hargate of McClure, Vickie Slinkard of Whitewater; three brothers, Tony Menz of Delta, John Menz of Chaffee, Leo (Red) Menz of Bradley, Ill.; a sister, Geraldine Lancaster of Randles; 35 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son, daughter, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. Paul Cagle will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Jack Owens. Burial will be in Kenyon Cemetery near Delta.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Friday.
