SIKESTON -- Lorene Beck, 70, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, March 16, 1993, at Sikeston.

She was born March 27, 1922, in New Madrid, daughter of Spurlin and Berdie Duke Beck Sr.

Beck was retired from Missouri Delta Community Hospital, and member of Temple Baptist Church.

Survivors include five brothers, Lenzie, Joe and Billy Beck, all of Sikeston, Woodrow Beck of Matthews, Spurlin Beck Jr. of Independence; five sisters, Lillie Shelby, Thelma McDonald, Jewell Harber and Motell Smith, all of Sikeston, and Charlene Humphries of Dixon, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ponder Funeral Chapel. the Rev. Marvin Butrum will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
