Graveside service for Lloyd M. Thiele of Cape Girardeau will be held at 1 p.m. today at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson. The Rev. Raymond Oxford will officiate.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Thiele, 78, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 20, 1915, at Daisy, son of Tony Edward and Flora Alice Moore Thiele. He and Dorothy Adelle Mayfield were married Aug. 16, 1941. She preceded him in death.
Thiele had worked at a shoe factory, a dry cleaners, and at Bunny Bread. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his mother of Cape Girardeau.
