ARBOR -- Lloyd Cox, 91, of Arbor, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1992, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born May 10, 1901, at Arbor, son of William and Mary Elizabeth Odum Cox. He and Myrtle Kidd were married Oct. 4, 1917, at Jackson. She died July 30, 1987.
Cox was a retired farmer. He was a charter member and deacon at Arbor General Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Raymond and Lanson Cox of Arbor, Charles Cox of Whitewater, Glen Cox of Delta; three daughters, Helen Musgraves and Gladys Cox of Florissant, Pauline Bullinger of Cape Girardeau; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, daughter and great-granddaughter.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. The Rev. Bob Bradford will officiate, with burial in Morgan Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-9 p.m. today.
