OLMSTED, Ill. -- Lizzette Emily Forker, 94, of Benton, Ky., died Monday, Nov. 2, 1998, at Hilltop Nursing Home in Kuttawa, Ky.
She was born June 26, 1904, in Red Bud, daughter of William and Carrie Lish Dagner. She married Charles Houston Forker, who died March 14, 1979.
Forker was a former pastor of Mounds Assembly of God Church. She was a retired music teacher, teaching piano and guitar in Pulaski County many years.
Survivors include a son, Paul Forker of Lincoln Park, Mich.; two sisters, Laura Day of Dearborn Heights, Mich., and Marie Lindley of Hartselle, Ala.
There is no visitation.
Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at National Cemetery in Mounds. The Rev. Ernest Browning will officiate.
Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
