LINA C. ANDREWS

CHAFFEE -- Lina Caroline Andrews, 98, of Chaffee, died Monday, June 10, 1991, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born Nov. 26, 1892, at Dongola. She first married Ben Brown, who preceded her in death. She married Grant Andrews Oct. 19, 1965, who died Dec. 17, 1984.

Andrews was a member of the Assembly of God Church here.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Brown of DeSoto, Eugene Brown of Dow, Ill.; four daughters, Mildred White, Arvella Smith and Norma Felty of Chaffee, Shirley Wood of Fenton; 47 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, four sons and two brothers.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. William Marshall will officiate, with burial in Union Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
