PARMA -- Lilly Woolsey, 86, of Ashley, Ill., died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 1994, at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia, Ill. She was born Jan. 10, 1908, in Livingston, Tenn., daughter of Bedord and Josie Qualls Hicks. She and William P. Woolsey were married Oct. 15, 1936, at Parma. He died Nov. 15, 1977...

PARMA -- Lilly Woolsey, 86, of Ashley, Ill., died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 1994, at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia, Ill.

She was born Jan. 10, 1908, in Livingston, Tenn., daughter of Bedord and Josie Qualls Hicks. She and William P. Woolsey were married Oct. 15, 1936, at Parma. He died Nov. 15, 1977.

Woolsey was formerly of Parma, and had lived in Ashley since 1961.

Survivors include a son, Harley Woolsey of Lake Worth, Fla.; three sisters, Vera Walker of Ashley, Era Gordon of Neelyville, Myrtie Hester of Midland, Ala.; three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter after 5 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kenneth Biggs officiating. Burial will be in Hagy Cemetery at Dexter.
