ORAN -- Lillie Mae Pugh, 79, of St. Louis, died Saturday, May 29, 1993, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. She was born Nov. 14, 1913, in Newport, Ark., daughter of Rance Sullivan and Minnie Irene Martin Duke. She married C. LeLeon Pugh Dec. 27, 1931. He died Nov. 3, 1973...

ORAN -- Lillie Mae Pugh, 79, of St. Louis, died Saturday, May 29, 1993, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born Nov. 14, 1913, in Newport, Ark., daughter of Rance Sullivan and Minnie Irene Martin Duke. She married C. LeLeon Pugh Dec. 27, 1931. He died Nov. 3, 1973.

Survivors include six sons, Calvin Pugh of Lebanon, Ind., Edward Pugh of San San, Jamaica, Alfred and Lorenzo Pugh of St. Louis, Wallace Pugh of Cleveland, Ohio, Lyndell Pugh of Kansas City; two daughters, Mae Taylor of Detroit, Mich., Michelle Wren of St. Louis; three brothers, Waldrof Duke of Pine Bluff, Ark., Lennard Duke of Palo Alto, Calif., Rance Duke of New York; a sister, Minnie Luckie of Cleveland; 28 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at McClendon Funeral Home in St. Louis.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Oran from noon to 2 p.m. Friday. Burial will be Friday in Ponderosa Cemetery at Haywood City.
