Lillian L. Johnson, 80, of Cape Girdeau died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999, at her home.
She was born Nov. 18, 1918, at Perryville, son of John M. and Lydia P. Frentzel Mehner. She and Claude Paul Johnson were married Dec. 19, 1941, in Cape Girardeau.
Johnson was a seamstress at Ralph Edwards 43 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and had been a volunteer at Mid America Teen Challenge.
Survivors include three daughters, Pat Kern of Lake St. Louis, Shelley Baylor of Jackson, Barbara Johnson of Jerusalem, Israel; a sister, Verna LaDassor of Farmington; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel. The Rev. David Hintz will officiate, with burial in Cape County Memorial Park.
