PERRYVILLE -- LeRoy August Henry Ochs, 83, of Perryville died Monday, May 26, 1996, at Perry Oaks Healthcare.

He was born Sept. 30, 1913, in Longtown, the son of August and Clara Meyer Ochs. He married Emma Weinrich on Sept. 26, 1948.

He was retired from International Shoe.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and was a booster member of American Legion Post #133.

Survivors include his wife; and two sisters, Irene Ochs of Cape Girardeau and Clara Bingenheimer of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Young & Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, and from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville with the Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
