BENTON, Mo. — Leonard Harold Urhahn, 82, of Benton died Friday, July 9, 2021, at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 11, 1938, in Benton to Ervin J. and Bernice P. Blattel Urhahn.
Leonard graduated from Benton High School.
He was a propane gas deliveryman for Pat's Gas and Appliance. He later purchased and managed the Masters Apartments in Cape Girardeau.
He was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Wanda Lou Haney of Greenfield, Illinois, and Carole Ann (Larry) McKinney of Cape Girardeau; six nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; younger sister, Dot Ayers; and niece, Beebe Barnes.
Friends may call from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton.
Funeral mass will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Bala Swamy Govindu officiating. Burial will be at St. Denis Church Cemetery in Benton.
Memorial contributions may be given to Jesus In Disguise Food Pantry at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton or a charity of choice.
