McBRIDE, Mo. -- Leonard W. Naeger, 67, of McBride died Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at his home.
He was born July 2, 1942, at Ste. Genevieve, Mo., son of Oscar and Laverne Mattingly Naeger. He and Lois M. Munier were married Oct. 16, 1965, at Sereno, Mo.
Naeger was a truck driver with MBC Processors of McBride, Mo. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Chester, Ill., and a member of Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Roger (Amy) Naeger of Perryville, Mo., Stanley (Laura) Naeger of Manchester, Mo.; three sisters, Rita Seyer of Dexter, Mo., Margaret Peterson of Perryville, Rose Kaiser of St. Peters, Mo.; two brothers, Glenn (Judy) Naeger and Tom Naeger of Perryville; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Francis.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Family Funeral Home. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sereno, with the Rev. Gene Wojcik officiating. Burial will be in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery at Belgique, Mo.
Memorials may be made to Southeast Hospice, American Cancer Society, or St. Vincent School Endowment Fund.
