Leona Hernandez

ORAN, Mo. -- Leona Marie Hernandez, 72, of Oran died Thursday, June 24, 2010, at her home.

She was born May 6, 1938, at Chaffee, Mo., daughter of Roscoe and Beatrice Nordin Keller.

Leona was a retired waitress.

Survivors include a brother, Russell Keller of St. Charles, Mo.; a sister, Jewell Hampton of Chaffee; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son and two sisters.

A graveside service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Union Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Jack Bishop officiating.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
