PERRYVILLE -- Leola M. Blechle, 89, of Perryville died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at Perry Oaks Healthcare Center. She was born Feb. 10, 1910, in Perry County, daughter of Charles H. and Mary Ada Warren Cox. She and Walter Blechle were married Feb. 22, 1936. He died Oct. 16, 1977...

PERRYVILLE -- Leola M. Blechle, 89, of Perryville died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at Perry Oaks Healthcare Center.

She was born Feb. 10, 1910, in Perry County, daughter of Charles H. and Mary Ada Warren Cox. She and Walter Blechle were married Feb. 22, 1936. He died Oct. 16, 1977.

Blechle was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Lillian McCarthy of Brazoria, Texas, Irma Peters of Festus; and a brother, Odell Cox of Ste. Genevieve.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday, and Thursday after 6:30 a.m.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Don Estes will officiate. Burial will be in Home Cemetery.
