CHAFFEE -- Funeral mass for Leo J. Trapp of Chaffee will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ambrose Church. The Rev. John Cantore will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home here after 3 p.m. today. The rosary will be at 7.
Trapp, 81 years old, died Monday, Feb. 18, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 10, 1910, at Chaffee, son of Frank and Rosa Schott Trapp. He and the former Velda Tucker were married Jan. 26, 1931.
Trapp was a retired self-employed farmer, and also had owned and operated Trapp's Grocery and Liquor Store.
He was a member of St. Ambrose Church, Chaffee American Legion Post 389, Chaffee VFW Post 3127, and charter member of Chaffee Elks 1810. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by his wife.
