BENTON -- Lennis Lynn, 64, of Karnak, Ill., died Saturday, May 14, 1994, at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home in Metropolis.
He was born April 5, 1930, at Blodgett, son of Clyde and Rita Rodgers Lynn. He married the former Marjorie Spencer.
Lynn retired from farming in 1992. He was affiliated with Karnak United Methodist Church and Karnak Pentecostal Church, and a member of Grand Chain Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Darlene Crystyniak of Indianapolis, Ind., Carolyn Woods of Goreville, Ill., Becky Owens of Elkville, Ill.; a son, Ricky Lynn of Karnak; a sister, Patsy Marrow of Benton; two brothers, Cecil and Donald Lynn of Benton; eight grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak from 6-9 p.m. today. Masonic rites will be at 7:30.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel, with the Revs. Jay McDonald and Jon Althoff officiating. Graveside service will be at 12:15 p.m. in Unity Cemetery near Benton.
