Lena Ruth McKinney, 83, of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, Sept. 22, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Oct. 16, 1911, in Olmsted, Ill., daughter of David Arthur and Ona Mae Bagby Butler. She and William McKinney were married April 16, 1929, in Mounds, Ill. He died April 28, 1995.
McKinney worked 34 years at Superior Electric, retiring in 1975. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, David McKinney of Brawley, Calif., William McKinney of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Barbara Neader of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. S.S. Borum officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
