ANNA, Ill. -- Lela A. Plott Williams, 90, of Anna died Saturday, Oct. 12, 1996.
She was born Nov. 12, 1905, in Elvira, Ill., in Johnson County, daughter of Cyrus Field and Rosa Azzalee McCommons Plott.
She married Raymond A. Williams Mar. 14,1930 in Cobden. He preceded her in death on March 24, 1971.
She was a retired real estate broker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Anna, the Anna OES Chapter 522 Easter Star and life member of the Townsend F. Dodd Post 344 American Legion in Anna.
She is survived by a sister, Faye Cloyd of Peoria, Ill.; five nephews, Rodney Plott, Greg Plott, Roger Plott, Ed Plott and Gene Plott; and two nieces, Norma Batson and Emma Lou Baker.
Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna with the Rev. Larry Shacklee and the Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today. Eastern Star services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. today.
