Lawrence L. Trost, 70, 1931 College, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 1997, at his home. He was born May 11, 1927, at Oran, son of Fred and Dora Barr Trost. He and Berneice Bollinger were married Oct. 27, 1945, at Oran. Trost had been a truck driver with Wiethop Truck and Trailer Sales. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Lawrence L. Trost, 70, 1931 College, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 1997, at his home.

He was born May 11, 1927, at Oran, son of Fred and Dora Barr Trost. He and Berneice Bollinger were married Oct. 27, 1945, at Oran.

Trost had been a truck driver with Wiethop Truck and Trailer Sales. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Dianna Marston of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Julius Trost of Springfield; a sister, Margaret Myers of Cahokia, Ill.; and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Hills Memorial Gardens at Morley.
