MARBLE HILL - Lawrence Huffman, 74, of Marble Hill died Saturday, Nov. 21, 1992, at the Bond Nursing Care Center in Marble Hill.
He was born June 30, 1918, in Lutesville, to Lee and Ida May Barkes Huffman.
Huffman worked as a nurse's aid for the Veteran's Hospital and the Missouri Baptist Homes.
He was a member of the Lutesville General Baptist Church.
Huffman is survived by three brothers, Loyd Huffman of Advance, Loren and Ray Huffman of Marble Hill; four sisters, Lucille Cook of Jackson, Ruby Morrison of Murphysboro, Ill., Aleen Garland of Marble Hill and Kathleen Douglas of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at the Liley Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Arvil Huffman officiating. Burial will be in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery in Marble Hill.
