Beloved husband of Patricia Schott Welter; devoted father of Lisa (Ron) Ribolzi and Stephanie (Chad) Lane; dear son of the late Victor and Lillie Welter; cherished grandfather of Ryan, Renee, Rachel, Tony and Alexandra; dear brother of Jerome, Murphy, Paul, Michael, Gary, Charlie, Patsy Peters, Linda Mungle, Vickie Wilson and the late DeWayne Welter and Jerri Lawson; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Larry was a special gift from God. He taught many children about softball, volleyball, basketball and the game of life. All the SFA athletes that have been touched by Larry will agree he is a "Hall of Famer." We will miss him very much.
