Larry L. Foote, 40, 404 Fitzgerald, died Tuesday, May 5, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital, following an extended illness.
He was born June 6, 1951, at Poplar Bluff, son of Lynald and Osie Brent Foote. He and Sheryl Ann VanGorp were married in 1983 in Cape Girardeau.
Foote owned and operated Frontier Bar-B-Que on Morgan Oak. He was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Southeast Hospital Foundation, and Chamber of Commerce. He had been a member of the Jaycees, and served on the Cape Girardeau Public Library Board several years.
He was a 1969 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School, and 1973 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Aaron and Andrew Foote of Cape Girardeau; two stepsons, Bryan and Mark Schwieso of Cape Girardeau, and his parents of Poplar Bluff.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Revs. Wallace Brown and Louis Launhardt will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
