ADVANCE, Mo. -- Larry Beal, 63, of Advance died Sunday, March 11, 2007, in a fire at his home.
He was born Nov. 2, 1943, at Greenbrier, Mo., son of Landis and Katie Cato Beal. He and Sue Chapman were married May 25, 1969, at DeSoto, Mo.
Beal formerly owned and operated an auto body shop in Advance many years. He was a member of Advance Eagles.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Steve and Keith Beal of Advance, Darrin Beal of new Hamburg, Mo.; his mother, Katie Beal of Zalma, Mo.; a brother, Denver Beal of Zalma; a sister, Marzella Blessing of Zalma; a friend, Ann Pullun of Advance; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dale Wiseman officiating. Burial will be in Cato Cemetery near Arab, Mo.
