He was born Feb. 4, 1968, in Perryville, son of Bill and Stella Buerck Prevallet.

Survivors include a son, Garrett Prevallet; his parents; a sister, Joy Prevallet, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Buerck Sr., all of Perryville.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents.
