KENNY NIMMO

MOREHOUSE, Mo. -- Funeral for Kenny Nimmo of Morehouse will be held at 1 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Morehouse. The Rev. Jerry Adams will officiate. Burial will be in Bluff Cemetery at Idalia, Mo.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to service time.

Nimmo, 64, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2000, at his home.

He was born Feb. 28, 1936, near Canalou, Mo., son of John Luther and Jennie Catherine Frazier Nimmo. He and Glenda Sue Davis were married March 10, 1956, at Morehouse. She died March 16, 1989.

Nimmo lived in the Morehouse area all his life. He was a retired construction worker.

Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Dial of Sikeston, Mo.; two brothers, John and Jerry Nimmo of Sikeston; four sisters, Virginia Parris of Dexter, Mo., Estelle Oliver of Morehouse, Mable Northcutt and Wanda Tippy of Sikeston; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son and two brothers.
