Kenneth Wayne Stone, 32, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 1998, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. He was born Feb. 10, 1965, in Cape Girardeau, son of James Wayne and Frances Ann Kirkpatrick Stone. He had been an electrician with Fru-Con Construction Corp. Kenneth Wayne Stone, 32, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 1998, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.

He was born Feb. 10, 1965, in Cape Girardeau, son of James Wayne and Frances Ann Kirkpatrick Stone. He had been an electrician with Fru-Con Construction Corp. He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. Stone was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, James and Nancy Stone of Farmington; his mother, Frances Anderssen of Ballwin; two brothers, Jordan Stone of Staten Island, N.Y., Sean Stone of Farmington; a sister, Gina Dirnberger of Cape Girardeau; paternal grandmother, Thelma Stone of Chaffee; maternal grandmother, Marjorie Kirkpatrick of Benton.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4 p.m. Friday.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Nancy Woods officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
