McCLURE, Ill. -- A memorial for Kenneth E. Darnell, 65, of Kingston, Tenn., formerly of McClure, will be held at 2 p.m. today at McClure Baptist Church.
Darnell died Oct. 14, 2005, at his home in Kingston. He was cremated.
He was a retired supervisor with D.M. White Construction. He was a veteran of the Air Force, serving in the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Darnell of Kingston; a son, Kyle Darnell of Clarksville, Tenn.; two daughters, Tamera Long of Clarksville and Lori Robinette of Knoxville, Tenn.; a brother, Larry Bartlett of Illinois; two stepbrothers, Robert Baldwin and Glen Baldwin, both of Illinois; four sisters, Ruby Theis, Vickie Mayberry and Mary Burchyett, all of Illinois, and Debbie Black of Massachusetts; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Brown Funeral Home in Kingston handled arrangements.
