ADVANCE, Mo. -- Kenneth Joseph Bueter, 64, of Advance died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at his home. He was born June 15, 1943, in Blomeyer, son of Joseph and Nora DeBrock Bueter. He and Ernestine Kluesner were married Sept. 12, 1964, in Oran, Mo. Bueter retired in January from Spartech Plastics Co. after 41 1/2 years in the maintenance department. He also farmed. ADVANCE, Mo. — Kenneth Joseph Bueter, 64, of Advance died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at his home.

He was born June 15, 1943, in Blomeyer, son of Joseph and Nora DeBrock Bueter. He and Ernestine Kluesner were married Sept. 12, 1964, in Oran, Mo.

Bueter retired in January from Spartech Plastics Co. after 41 1/2 years in the maintenance department. He also farmed. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Glennon, Mo., and Knights of Columbus in Advance.

He served in the National Guard six years.

Survivors include his wife; his mother of Leopold, Mo.; a son, Dale Bueter of Advance; two daughters, Rhonda Horrell of Marble Hill, Mo., Diane Chapman of Chaffee, Mo.; four brothers, Norbert Bueter of House Springs, Mo., Michael and Richard Bueter of Marble Hill, Anthony Bueter of Leopold; four sisters, Carolyn Friedhoff of St. Louis, Audrey Nenninger and Darlene Stoverink of Leopold, Norma Nenninger of Marble Hill; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Parish prayers and Knights of Columbus rosary will be at 7.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Glennon, with the Revs. John Harth and Bill Huggins officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Church Cemetery.
