He was born Aug. 29, 1947, in Granite City, Ill., son of James E. and Mae R. Neal Bramlett.

Survivors include two sons, Kenneth W. Bramlett Jr. of Cape Girardeau, Kenneth James Bramlett of Sikeston; a daughter, Pamela Bramlett of Ste. Genevieve; three brothers, John Bramlett of DeSoto, Billy Vann of Collinsville, Ill., Robert Bramlett of Casper, Wyo.; three sisters, Linda Poe of St. Louis, Ozetta Bramlett of Opp, Ala., and Emma Bramlett of Roseburg, Ore.

There is no visitation or service.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
