Kathryn Sauerbrun

OLMSTED, Ill. -- Kathryn Irene Sauerbrun, 64, of Olmsted died Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at her home.

She was born Feb. 17, 1943, in Cobden, Ill., daughter of Claude and Kathryn Starling Edwards. She married Robert Sauerbrun.

Sauerbrun was employed 15 years at Dr. William H. Bagbey's Chiropractic Office in Mounds, Ill., was a cashier at First State Bank in Olmsted, and was assistant manager at Wal-Mart in Anna, Ill. She was a member of Methodist Center Church in Olmsted.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Brenda Britton of Villa Ridge, Ill., Tanna Evetts of Bloomfield, Mo.; two half brothers, Charles Cast Jr. and Clarence Cast; a half sister, Lana Cope; two stepbrothers, Frank and Richard Edwards; two stepsisters, Betty Bierbaum and Helen Copeland; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Scott Kelley and John Windings officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.
