SIKESTON -- Katherine Montjoy, 64, of Sikeston died suddenly Monday, Feb. 3, 1997, of an apparent heart attack. Sh was born Nov. 14, 1932, in Hickman, Ky., daughter of Willie and Lucille Redd Dickson. She and L.V. Montjoy were married May 16, 1950. Montjoy formerly worked at Missouri Delta Medical Center, and was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints...

SIKESTON -- Katherine Montjoy, 64, of Sikeston died suddenly Monday, Feb. 3, 1997, of an apparent heart attack.

Sh was born Nov. 14, 1932, in Hickman, Ky., daughter of Willie and Lucille Redd Dickson. She and L.V. Montjoy were married May 16, 1950.

Montjoy formerly worked at Missouri Delta Medical Center, and was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include her husband; five sons, Louis, Marshall, Kim and Russell Montjoy, all of Sikeston, Frankie "Tony" Montjoy of Killeen, Texas; seven daughters, Shirley Sanders and Karen Montjoy of St. Louis, Peggy Blissett, Kathy Holly and Francis Allen of Sikeston, Deloris Brooks of Jackson, Tenn., Monica Jackson of Seattle, Wash.; a brother, John "Luke" Dickson of Princeton, Ky.; 41 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sparks Funeral Home in Charleston. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
