ANNA, Ill. -- Katherine M. Boyd, 84, of Anna died Thursday, March 18, 2004, at Jonesboro Health Care Center in Jonesboro, Ill. She was born April 18, 1919, in Princeton, Ky., daughter of William and Bertha Davis Fralick. She and Norman L. Boyd Sr. were married Oct. 25, 1950, in Memphis, Tenn. He died April 26, 2002...

ANNA, Ill. -- Katherine M. Boyd, 84, of Anna died Thursday, March 18, 2004, at Jonesboro Health Care Center in Jonesboro, Ill.

She was born April 18, 1919, in Princeton, Ky., daughter of William and Bertha Davis Fralick. She and Norman L. Boyd Sr. were married Oct. 25, 1950, in Memphis, Tenn. He died April 26, 2002.

Boyd was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include a son, Norman Boyd Jr. of Cape Girardeau; a stepson, Howard Boyd of New York, N.Y.; two half brothers, Bob and Leon Dennis of Indiana; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-stepgrandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, two brothers, and a half brother.

Service and burial will be private.

Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna is in charge of arrangements.
