ADVANCE, Mo. -- Karen Stehlin Bahr Robinett, 53, of Advance went to her final resting place Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, due to a heart problem.
She was born Jan. 29, 1961, in St. Louis, daughter of Wayne "Skip" and Wanda Johnson Stehlin.
Karen had owned and operated KB Cleaning. She enjoyed spending her time being a loving grandmother. She was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend.
Karen and Kevin Robinett were united in marriage in 1997 at Advance.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Amber (Bandit) Thorne of Scott City; a son, Jason (Dana) Bahr of Benton, Missouri; a stepson, Cody (Reena) Robinett of Advance; six grandchildren, Addyson and Brenly Thorne, Paisley Bahr, and CJ, Corbin and Raya Robinett; two sisters, Kim (Sam) Talley of Jackson and Kathy (Pat) Nenninger of Advance; a brother, Kevin (Phyllis) Stehlin of St. Charles, Missouri; many nieces, nephews and extended family members who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Advance.
