Karen Fitzpatrick-Blake COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Karen Fitzpatrick-Blake, 51, of Columbia died Friday, Sept. 12, 2008, in Columbia. She was born April 14, 1957, at Bernie, Mo., daughter of Leonard William and Ruby Jane Stacy Fitzpatrick. Survivors include a son, Josh Fitzpatrick of Columbia; four brothers, Jerry Fitzpatrick of Van Buren, Ark., Billy Fitzpatrick of Atlanta, Dennis Fitzpatrick of Cape Girardeau, Dale Fitzpatrick of Essex, Mo.; and two sisters, Sylvia Fitzpatrick of Atlanta nad Sharon Fitzpatrick of Columbia.. ...

COLUMBIA, Mo. — Karen Fitzpatrick-Blake, 51, of Columbia died Friday, Sept. 12, 2008, in Columbia.

She was born April 14, 1957, at Bernie, Mo., daughter of Leonard William and Ruby Jane Stacy Fitzpatrick.

Survivors include a son, Josh Fitzpatrick of Columbia; four brothers, Jerry Fitzpatrick of Van Buren, Ark., Billy Fitzpatrick of Atlanta, Dennis Fitzpatrick of Cape Girardeau, Dale Fitzpatrick of Essex, Mo.; and two sisters, Sylvia Fitzpatrick of Atlanta nad Sharon Fitzpatrick of Columbia.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.

The funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Steve Fitzpatrick officiating.

Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
