Karen Burton

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Karen Sue Burton, 45, of Olive Branch died Saturday, May 15, 2004, at her home.

She was born Sept. 17, 1958, at Cape Girardeau, daughter of Elmer and Virginia Sample Wilkison. She and Paul Burton were married in 1979.

She attended Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Jennifer Burton of Olive Branch; and two brothers, George Sample and Allen Sample, both of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Ill., from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Stamp officiating. Burial will be in Fayville Cemetery.
