MOREHOUSE -- June Arlen Poyner, 50, of Morehouse, died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 1991, at his home.
He was born Oct. 18, 1941, at New Madrid, son of Bill and Cornelia Shook Poyner.
Poyner was a laborer with Bob Swinney Farm at Catron, and member of Sikeston Eagles Aerie 3319.
Survivors include three sons, Jimmy and Daniel Poyner of Sikeston, Johnny Poyner of Morehouse; a daughter, Laurie Hicks of Sikeston; a stepson and stepdaughter, Tony Poyner and Dava Poyner of Sikeston; three brothers, Jim Poyner of Memphis, Tenn., Jack and Jerry Poyner of Texarkana, Texas; four sisters, Jane Agan, Jean Flippo, Sue Byrd and Jetti Meredith, all of Texarkana, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two daughters and a grandchild.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. today at Garden of Memories Cemetery, with the Rev. Larry Davis officiating.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel after 10 a.m. today.
