SIKESTON -- Juanita Wiley Reddiex, 61, of Sikeston, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born April 24, 1938, in Cotton Plant, Ark., daughter of Authur and Georgia Boatman Wiley. She and Johnny Reddiex were married.
She had lived in Missouri for more than 50 years. She was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Mattie Jackson of West Memphis, Ark., Josephine Wiley of St. Louis and Jannett Wiley of Sikeston; a son, George Brown, Jr. of Sikeston; a stepdaughter, Lucy Ann Reddiex of Chicago; two stepsons, John Reddiex of Anchorage, Alaska and Steve Brandy of Oklahoma; two sisters, Armentha Wiley and Anna Hall, both of St. Louis; four foster children, Marquallis Scott, James Scott, Jason Scott and Rotonda Scott, all of Kansas City; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son and a brother.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the St. John Baptist Church. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. The Rev. Willie Simpson will officiate, with burial in Sunset of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
