PUXICO -- Juanita M. Litchfield, 70, of Puxico died Friday, April 26, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 13, 1925, at Fisk, daughter of Charles Omer and Lula Bell Marler Mondy. She and Carl Litchfield were married Feb. 5, 1944, at Poplar Bluff. He died Sept. 2, 1976.
Litchfield lived in the Puxico area all her life and was a member of the Puxico United Methodist Church. She worked at Ralph Edwards Sports Wear until her retirement.
Survivors include four daughters, Wanda Hoefler of St. Louis, Brenda Hatch of Millersville, Pansy Gohn of Jackson and Linda Leazenby of Marble Hill; a sister, Evelyn Hayes of Broseley; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, a son, two brothers and two grandsons.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Puxico United Methodist Church. The Rev. Steve Smith will officiate, with burial in the Puxico cemetery.
