Anna, Ill. -- Juanita Ruth "Nita" Cauble, 82, of Munford, Tennessee, formerly of Anna, passed away at 8:33 p.m. Sunday, June 16, 2019, at her home.
She was born in 1936 in Tamms, Illinois, to Jesse Loren and Emma Webb Dillman. The entire family was loving and talented; their home was the place to be for local children to come and have good, clean, Christian fun. Money was tight, but love was always in plenty.
Nita met Bennie Cauble in high school and later married him in 1957. They raised a family, and she supported her husband and children in every way possible. She was a quiet woman, but she was also incredibly strong: She survived colon cancer at the age of 45. Nita was a Godly woman and passed the best parts of herself to her entire family.
She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Cauble of Marion, Illinois, and Beth Cauble (Chuck) Bursi of Brighton, Tennessee; grandsons, Jordan, Dustin and Dalton Munoz; great-grandsons, Jace and Elias Munoz; siblings, Larry (Linda) Dillman of Cape Girardeau, Colleen (Rodger) Langendoerfer of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Rebecca (Bob) Williams of Rochelle, Illinois; sister-in-law, Shirley Cauble of Marion; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Ferry Hopkins, Katie Haney and Marcy Copeland; and beloved husband of 59 years, Bennie Leroy Cauble.
She will be missed dearly, but know she is happy in Heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and is reunited with the love of her life, Ben Cauble.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at Crain Funeral Home in Anna.
Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Bill Littrell officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Dongola, Illinois.
Memorials may be to a charity of the donor's choice, and envelopes will be accepted at the funeral home.
