Josephine L. Weber, 80, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, Sept. 12, 1994, at Fountainbleau Lodge.
She was born July 20, 1914, in Chester, Ill., daughter of Joseph and Clara Schindler Kiefer. She and Lester A. Weber were married May 28, 1940, in Chester. He died Oct. 17, 1975.
Weber had been co-owner of World Travel Center since 1969. She was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church and its Women's Council.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Rhein and Terri Welker of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Joseph Kiefer of Chester, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-6 p.m. Thursday. Parish prayers will be at 5:30.
Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Chris Robinson officiating. Burial will be later in Evergreen Cemetery at Chester.
