He was born Oct. 5, 1905, in West Plains, son of Jerome and Emma Watts. He and Pearl Allard were married March 31, 1934. She died June 26, 1991.
Watts was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, John Watts of East Peoria, Ill., Jerry Watts of Portland; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
