John Garnett Waggener, 69, formerly of Charleston, Missouri, died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, at his home in Cape Girardeau. Among survivors are his wife, Karen; son, Peyton; and daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Todd McDonald; and three siblings. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
