JACKSON -- John V. Horrell, 84, of Jackson, died Wednesday, April 6, 1994, at Jackson Manor.
He was born April 24, 1909, at Glennon, son of John and Anna Radin Horrell. He and Lorene Koehler were married Feb. 6, 1934.
Horrell was a retired carpenter and farmer, and had lived in the Jackson area all his life. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Holy Name Society, and Knights of Columbus Council 6405.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, John Jr., Pat and Jim Horrell of Jackson; a daughter, Mary Kluesner of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Catherine Koehler of Cape Girardeau; 14 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7, and KC service at 7:30.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Church. The Rev. Glenn Eftink will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.
