John R. Kinder, 71 of Allenville, Mo. died at 9:30 a.m. December 9, 1999, of a heart attack while hunting near Whitewater. Born November 30, 1928, at Whitewater, son of the late George and Annie McCormick Kinder. He married Pearl Nanney on May 27, 1949...

John R. Kinder, 71 of Allenville, Mo. died at 9:30 a.m. December 9, 1999, of a heart attack while hunting near Whitewater. Born November 30, 1928, at Whitewater, son of the late George and Annie McCormick Kinder. He married Pearl Nanney on May 27, 1949.

John was a retired truck driver. He drove for the local Teamster Union #574 of Cape and Superior Concreters also of Cape. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy of Delta. Three brothers preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife Pearl Kinder of Allenville; one son, Rev. Wayne Kinder and daughter-in-law Joy Kinder of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one daughter, Patty Carroll and son-in-law Lloyd Carroll, Jr. of Sikeston; 4 sisters, Mary Hahn of Chaffee; Jewel Ross of Chaffee; Margaret Birkman and brother-in-law William Birkman, Jr. of Advance; Wilma Revelle of Pekin, Ill.; 4 grandchildren, Chris Kinder of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Nicohl Hubbard of Sikeston; Troy Carroll of Sikeston; Jordan Carroll of Sikeston; two sisters-in-law, Viola Kinder of Delta and Cloia Kinder of Randles.

Visitation for friends will be Friday, December 10, 1999 at 5:00 p.m. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 11, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, with Reverend Daniel Baggett officiating and assisted by Reverend Jim Eskew.

Pallbearers will be Wesley Kinder, Jr.; Ted Ross, Terry Ross, Ivis Kinder, Kenneth Birkman, Tim Birkman. Honorary bearers are John Keller, Jimmy Keller, Paul Keller, Jackie Nanney and Greg Pace.
